Cookin’ up some lovin’

Over the weekend, I managed to finally get my act together and cook a Father’s Day meal for the man of my life who had been a most wonderful father. I tried out a recipe I had earlier saw in Mad Hungry but was reluctant to make as it calls for mustard – something which the hubby avoids at all costs. Nonetheless, I decided that this Father’s Day would be the one he grows up and eat what’s on the table! The result? He loved the Baked Chicken with Honey-Mustard Glaze which I served up with some polenta.

What I love about this recipe is how simple it is – from the ingredients to the cooking method: chicken, EVO, lemon, honey and fresh herbs:
